II. Sources and Categories of Processed Personal Data

  1. The controller processes personal data that you have provided to him/her or personal data that the controller has obtained based on the performance of your order.
  2. The controller processes your identification and contact details and data necessary for the performance of the contract.

III. Legal Basis and Purpose of Personal Data Processing

  1. The legal basis for processing personal data is: the performance of a contract between you and the controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. The purpose of processing personal data is: processing your order and performing the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; when ordering, personal data necessary for successful order processing (name and address, contact) are required, providing personal data is a necessary requirement for entering into and performing the contract, without providing personal data, the contract cannot be concluded or fulfilled by the controller (pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). inquiries regarding goods and services through a contact form, email, chat correspondence (management and storage of history) keeping accounting documents

V. Recipients of personal data:


Recipients of personal data are individuals:

  • involved in the delivery of goods/services/payment processing based on a contract,
  • providing services for the operation of the e-shop (Shoptet) and other services related to the operation of the e-shop,
  • postal service – Czech Post
  • for advertising and marketing services (Google Analytics, Google AdWords - records cookies and website usage),
  • accounting (legal obligation to issue and record tax documents).

The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (outside the EU) or international organization.

VI. Recipients of personal data include:

VII. Conditions for securing personal data

  1. The controller declares that they have implemented all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.
  2. The controller declares that only authorized personnel have access to personal data.

VIII. Final provisions

  1. By submitting an order via the online order form, you confirm that you have read and accept the terms of the privacy policy in their entirety.
  2. The controller is entitled to amend these terms. The new version of the privacy policy will be published on its website, and a new version of these terms will be sent to your email address provided to the controller.

These privacy policy take effect as of January 1th, 2024.
